  • Candidate would serve as the lead Project Organizer as part of a multi-discipline project team to produce MEP, Structural and Architectural design/construction drawings and specifications for various clients.
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and writing) is a big requirement as the candidate is responsible to communicate and correspond with our other disciplines within the design team and representatives of the client organization to complete work efficiently.
  • Candidate will work with existing clients and new clients
  • This person will have responsibility and opportunity to bring in and develop new work opportunities and clients.
  • Position will require meeting client representatives at project site to review scope of work.
  • Position will require developing project man-hour estimates and budget through coordination with departments heads.
  • Responsible for creating and keeping a project on budget.
  • Position will require reviewing client, request for proposal (RFP), and develop a written response.
  • At times, position requires the coordination and writing of technical evaluations and studies.
  • A strong candidate would also provide technical and design services in support of projects as part of a multi-discipline project team.
  • Knowledge of current local, state & federal codes, design standards and regulations is a big asset.


Professional Requirements

  • B.S. Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (Pennsylvania) or ability to acquire PA PE quickly through reciprocity preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • High technical ability, interested in technology and staying current in field
  • Proficient in Word and Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit
  • Good ability to communicate and a self-starter
  • Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
