LLI Engineering provided electrical and structural engineering for the replacement of the facilities three utility feed main-tie-main-tie-main switchgear including automatic controls.

Facility had to be fully functional at all times. Replacement was completed in phases and utilized a temporary switchboard to allow this replacement to occur with minimal outages.

Facility is operational 24/7.

LLI also provided engineering to install over 30 harmonic regulating transformers ahead of the feeders serving critical mail sorting equipment.

This project included replacing the incoming service conductors from two of the utility transformers
